Exchanges
You can exchange any product that is unopened and unworn within 14 days of delivery for another item of the same value. We'll even provide you with a pre-paid return label for your convenience! 💕
Lost/ Returned to Sender/ Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, you must contact us within 48 hours. After this period, the package will be considered successfully delivered.
📦 If FedEx or USPS confirms delivery with proof (like a photo showing the package at your door), you must contact us within 48 hours.
Please note: Refunds cannot be issued for packages marked as "Delivered" or being returned to sender, we can only investigate the situation and offer you a courtesy reshipment with pick-up with your ID in your local post office.
Returns & Refunds
You have 14 days to return any unopened and unworn product for a refund.
Important: For hygiene and energetic reasons, any product that has been opened, used, removed from its original packaging, tried on, or worn is strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
We accept returns for a refund only if the item is unopened, unworn, in brand-new condition, with no damage or missing parts and packaging.
If the product does not meet these conditions, we may receive it but will not process a refund or send it back to you.
Please double-check before sending your return to ensure it qualifies. Thank you for understanding!
⚠️ Note: Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Returns must be sent to our warehouse in Chicago.
💻 Digital products are non-refundable.
Policy – Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours at 📩 contact@thecrystalbabes.com with:
✅ Clear photos of the item & packaging (showing the shipping label).
We will reship the correct product, at no additional cost.
Refunds are only offered if the item is out of stock. Otherwise, you must keep the original item, and we will reship it. You can reach out for a return if needed, once receiving the correct item.
🚨 Chargebacks for 'unacceptable product" are NOT accepted without prior communication. A seller has the right to reship and collect proof for insurance claims. Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed.
Canceling an Order
You can cancel your order on your order page within 2 hours of purchase. After that, cancellations won’t be available.
If your order has already been processed, you’ll need to return it (at your expense) to our warehouse in Chicago. Prefer an exchange? We’ll handle it for free! 💜
